Nets wins back to back against Raptors

The New Jersey Nets defeated the Toronto Raptors twice this week when they visited London for the first regular season games held in Europe.  The change of scenery might have worked for the Nets as they beat the Raptors twice this past week.  In their first game, the Nets defeated the Raptors 116-103 in regulation then in their second meeting, the Nets needed 3 overtime periods to put away the Raptors.

Thought New Jersey would surely miss the playoffs this year, I think it’s good that they won a rare back to back game, especially now that they recently acquired Deron Williams.  Winning games will at least help them gain confidence that they can carry over to the next season.  I hope the Nets can carry the confidence and winning attitude when they get back to the US.
